Gridszy and its developer shall not be responsible for:

• Loss of data
• Corrupted inventory records
• Valuation disputes
• Warranty disputes
• Insurance claims or claim outcomes
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the application

Intellectual Property

The Gridszy name, branding, design elements, and software are the property of the developer and may not be copied, redistributed, or modified without permission.
